Company Spolmont accomplished the reconstruction and installation of new technology for foundry (cast iron).

The assembly was done on requirement and it included the installation of the following:  

• Roller conveyers
• Blenders for making forms
• Sand and regenerate containers
• Pneumatic transport of sand, including supplies
• Distribution of press air and cooling water 
• System of air-exhaust and undusting, including air-conditioning
• Technological parts for making forms (cooler, valves, etc.)
• Extracting booth and vibration grate 
• Conveyors for the transport of forms and cores
• Any steel constructions for separate components (platforms, ladders, supporting parts, etc.) 
    

Assembly and disassembly of technological lines, transport of machines and machinery equipment

Both complex and partial assembly and disassembly of foundary lines

We accomplish complete assemblies and disassemblies of technological units of assembly lines. The picture show the disassembly of casting line"Loas Foam". The technology was installed by our company in Ukraine then.

Apart from the complete assemblies mentioned, we also deal with partial repairs of foundry equipment and qppliance like grainers, the changes of fans of copula furnaces, air-distribution system (air and exhaust pipes).
